ESSEX MINI-STORAGE RESPONSE TO COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS)

A MESSAGE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

To Our Valued Customers,

As the U.S. is grappling with COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and its implications, all of us here at Essex Mini-Storage, Inc. hope you and your families are remaining healthy and safe during this time. We are reaching out to let you know that the safety and well-being of our employees and customers continues to be our top priority.

We are continuing to actively monitor COVID-19 and are taking all reasonable and precautionary measures. Currently, our position is to continue operating with the addition of the prudent steps as recommended by the CDC and the World Health Organization.

We want to share a few reassurances:

We are providing guidance to our office staff on hand-washing protocols, the importance of staying at home if they are ill, and enhanced cleaning of high-touch areas at our facility to the reduce the risk of transmission of the virus. We ask that you do not visit the facility if you are feeling ill.

We will make every effort to keep our facility operating as usual, to the extent possible while safeguarding the health and well being of our employees and customers as we comply with the directives of national, state, and local authorities.

The gate access keypads can be operated with a gloved hand or the back end of a pen or pencil. We are sanitizing the keypads several times per day but recommend one of the above options for everyone’s well being.

The outer doors to the climate controlled buildings as well as the elevator buttons should be opened and operated with a gloved hand as well or the same pen or pencil for the buttons on the elevator.

Our office has hand sanitizer and disinfectant supplies. Additional hand washing and sanitization of the office has been in place for the past weeks and will continue.

We have asked employees to still offer friendly greetings to customers without shaking hands or coming in physical contact.

We have a mail slot in the door to the office should you wish to drop off a payment without venturing into the office. Please feel free to call us during office hours with any questions or to make a payment at 978-768-7445. We are in the office Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and Sat 9am – 2pm.

By following CDC guidelines and taking extra cleaning precautions, the health and safety of our employees and customers can be protected while we all work our way through this outbreak.
